    脳 OUR METHODOLOGY FOR:

    Best 天美影院 for Women鈩� 2022

    Globally, our Best Workplace鈩� survey is the largest survey of workplace cultures and people practices. The methodology that creates our various Best 天美影院鈩� rankings is one of the most rigorous and highly sought after è� and regarded as the è榞old standardè� of employer awards. Employees responded to over 60 survey questions describing the extent to which their organisation creates a Great Place to Work For All鈩�. Eighty-five percent of the ranking is based on what women themselves report about their workplace, and how fairly those experiences compare to menè檚 reports of the same workplaces. The survey measures the extent to which women report their organisations create a Great Place to Work For All鈩� -- for example, whether people trust each other and employees are able to reach their full human potential, no matter who they are or what they do. We analyse whether different identities women hold change their experience of the workplace. We analyse these patterns relative to each organisationè檚 size and workforce make up. We also consider womenè檚 daily experiences of innovation, the companyè檚 values, and the effectiveness of their leaders, to ensure theyè檙e consistently experienced, as well. Fifteen percent of the remaining rank is based on how well represented women are in the workforce and throughout management.

    The following criteria must be met for consideration as a UKè檚 Best Workplace鈩� for Women:

    鉁� Organisation employs at least 10 women

    鉁� Organisation has a minimum of 25% women in the workforce

    鉁� Organisation has a minimum of 20% women in non-executive management roles (front-line + mid-level)

    鉁� Organisation has a minimum of 1+ women on the board of directors or executive/c-level (excluding small companies)

    鉁� Confidence level of 95% (+/-5%) for data from entire workforce

    鉁� Must be Certified鈩� and Trust Index漏 for women population above Best 天美影院鈩� thresholds
