OUR METHODOLOGY FOR:
Best ÌìÃÀÓ°Ôº for Wellbeingâ„¢ 2025
Globally, our Best Workplaceâ„¢ survey is the largest survey of workplace cultures and people practices. The methodology that creates our various Best ÌìÃÀӰԺ™ rankings is one of the most rigorous and highly sought after ¨¨“ and regarded as the ¨¨˜gold standard¨¨™ of employer awards.
Our UK¨¨™s Best ÌìÃÀӰԺ™ for Wellbeing rankings comprises organisations who have succeeded in making their employees experience high levels of wellbeing in their workplace. To determine our UK's Best ÌìÃÀӰԺ™ for Wellbeing list, our Great Place to Work® culture experts analysed thousands of employee surveys, assessing their holistic experiences of wellbeing at work through fundamental facets of employee wellbeing, including: Work-life balance, Sense of fulfilment, Job satisfaction, and Financial security. Evaluations also included an assessment of how well the organisation was able to deliver consistency of their employee experience across all departments and seniority levels.
To be considered for the 2025 UK¨¨™s Best ÌìÃÀӰԺ™ for Wellbeing List, clients must have:

Achieved Great Place To Work ÌìÃÀÓ°Ôº

A minimum of 10 employees

Achieved at least 65% in the Wellbeing Index

High enough survey responses to be statistically significant and representative

A subscription to an advanced surveying package: Analyse, Accelerate, OMA or multinational client.
Once the conditions for eligibility have been achieved, we determine the list based on the overall Wellbeing Index score which includes a specific set of statements that are part of the core Trust Index survey. We also look at the consistency of employees¨¨™ experiences across the demographic groups.
